Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I just made this tonight and it is WONDERFUL! I too added a little extra garlic powder (we love garlic), halved the paprika and cayenne, didn't add white pepper and put some minced garlic in the cavity with the onion. I rubbed the spices under the skin for some extra flavor, since we don't eat the skin. My husband and my very picky 3 year old daughter love it! I will definitely be making this again. Thanks!
