I would skip the sugar all together next time. It made it too sweet for our tastes.

Maybe I did something wrong but my cake was incredibly dense. It was still very yummy, but not light and fluffy like I was hoping it would be.

I think this should be called Aloha Cake! What a dream! This cake is wonderful. Next time I think I will use about 8oz of coconut cream (it's really fattening if you read the label) and 1/2 a can of sweetened condensed milk. All of the milk mixture didn't absorb into the cake. I left my cake in a bundt cake pan when pouring 1/2 the milk mixture in and then with the other 1/2 I had flipped the cake over. My whipped cream topping came out weird, maybe I whipped it too long, so I made it with the Cool Whipped Frosting that has a ton of great reviews with the whipped cream I just made. Very good cake! Aloha!

I made this so many times when I first found the recipe my husband had to tell me that he loved the recipe, but he was tired of blueberries. This is my FAVORITE blueberry muffin recipe. No more Jiffy muffins for us.

One of the best recipes I've tasted for blueberry muffins! It made 9 large muffins for me. This would be great for a Sunday brunch or shower.

Sorry, but we did not care for this dish. It reminded me of a jumble between Hamburger Helper, Tamale Pie and Beef Stroganoff. We will not be making this one again.

Easy, easy Alfredo sauce. The next day, when heating up the pasta, it doesn't separate into that oil yucky mess that some sauces do. It makes a huge batch and is a bit rich...but YUM!

Quite light and fluffy. After a couple days it seems to yellow and get a sticky finish. 2nd time I made it: I used coconut extract instead of vanilla for frosting the Coconut Cream Cake 1 from this site. Very yummy.

This is one of the best scallop recipes we've tried. We used a parmesan that wasn't as plain as usual and it added a little more flavor to the baked on crust. Also, if you don't let the scallops touch the sides of the baking dish, they tend not to get "chewy". If you're heating this up the next day be sure to put it back in the oven and not the microwave. This is a keeper!
