Apple Fritters I
These were excellent after I tweaked the recipe a little (since others said it was bland). I doubled the amount of nutmeg and added the same amount of cinnamon. I then added 2 teaspoons of vanilla and doubled up on the sugar as well. I chopped up the apples instead of slices, to have a more "fritter" feel to them. I also ended up adding a little more milk to the batter because they were coming out raw inside. Once I did this they cooked all the way through very nicely.

Chicken Wing Dip
All the reviews had me sold on this recipe for our holiday party. However I made it and hardly anyone touched it. Most of the people just didn't care for it. It just didn't have quite the flavor I was looking for. I'll have to try a different recipe next time.

Florentine Artichoke Dip
This was an excellent recipe and even tasted well when it cooled off. I did double up on the garlic as we like garlic and I cut down to less than half of the lemon juice.
