Caramel Macchiato Ice Cream
This was my first attempt at making Ice Cream and I was amazed how easy it was. The ice cream had a strong coffee flavor to me but that was just fine. I mixed the carmel in at the end of the churning cycle and it seemed to have mixed in pretty well with the ice cream. I served the ice cream over a brownie and drizzled more carmel sauce on top. It got rave reviews from my dinner guests. Thanks for the recipe!

Caramel Popcorn
I made this for a recent movie night and people coul not stop eating this! I even had people trying to stash away bags of the popcorn to take home. I tried to mix on batch on the cookie sheet lined with wax paper-this worked ok but mixing it in a bowl worked much better. This recipe was easier than I thought and I forgot how much fun it is to pop popcorn in a machine!

Corn Dogs
Wow these taste like the real thing! I recently made these for an outdoor movie night. I used the mini "smokie" weiners for bite sized snacking. I was able to use 1 1 /2 packages of weiners for the written recipe. These went faster than I could fry them. Luckily I ate a few while making them or else I wouldn't have gotten one otherwise. Thanks for the great recipe!!
