Country Apple Dumplings
This was AMAZING. I made some changes to make it healthier and lower in sugar- I used reduced fat crescent rolls, substituted Splenda for the sugar, and used Diet Mountain Dew. You couldn't tell, they were delicious. Thank you for the recipe, I will definitely make these again!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
Delicious! The marinade was very light and added perfect flavor. The only changes I made was to use ketchup instead of tomato paste because that was all I had, and I made them with the broiler. Thanks for a great recipe, I will definately make these again!

Microwave Baked Potato
Easy and yummy. I cooked it for 10 minutes in the microwave and then finished it up in the oven for a few minutes to give the skin that crispiness.
