Baby Greens with a Warm Gorgonzola Dressing

Made this the other night. It is wonderful. Just what we were looking for. I mixed the ingredients ahead of time then just before serving put in the blender and then warmed it up on the stove. It was simple.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

I was scared to attempt a tuna recipe at home. Tuna is my favorite dish when out to dinner. This recipe was excellent. Tuna at home will become a norm.

Cream Cheese Squares

My daughters and I made this recipe for Christmas gifts. We changed it slightly by using a mini muffin pan. We greased the pan and sprinkled cinnamon sugar in the bottom of each muffin hole. Pressed a piece of crescent roll in each hole, filled with cream cheese mixture and topped with a piece of crescent roll. Cooked in 10 minutes. They turned out great. Little bite size cream cheese balls. Plus the girls and I had fun making them.

Sunday Dinner Mashed Potatoes

Our family loved these potatoes. My children always want to help in the kitchen. My 11 year old daughter made these potatoes and they were a hit.

Kickin' Collard Greens

Holiday Milk Punch: the New Eggnog

Great option to Egg Nog. My Husband really liked it. We didn't freeze. It tastes good refrigerated, didn't last long enough to worry about milk spoiling. Will try a batch from freezer next to see if it makes a difference. ***UPDATE I have made it several times. It has only lasted long enough to freeze once. It is great frozen or refrigerated.Everyone loves this. I plan to freeze and serve for dessert for our next dinner party.

Killer Shrimp Soup

This is great. I have made twice and everyone loves it. I substitute 1/2 the chicken broth with Clamato juice and it tastes wonderful. My only suggestion is that one loaf of bread is not enough. And the crustier bread is way better than soft bread.
