I am a single father of two awesome and wonderful children. I am a professional artist. I am a sculptor. I have taught drawing, figure sculpture, sculpture, casting, and 3-D design at the university level. I love to play music, listen to music, cook, do my job (creating art - a dream), and being a father to my children Italian foods are my favorite to cook (and to eat). I also love spicy foods, cajun, and southern. I like hearty dishes and love adding a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean taste to whatever I cook. I especially love experimenting!!! I just love to cook - nothing is taboo, and I love to just use what is in the pantry and see what I can come up with! Making Peanut Butter Kiss cookies with Mom. Making "Copes" Corn - a holiday standard for our family - can only get in Pennsylvania and some surrounding states. Not so sure - adding strange ingredients that you would not think would work - but do?!? Does that count? I love to use chocolate and coffee in foods. Works for me ~ Oh - the list is fairly long - some involve the dog getting the food after hours of cooking - urghh! Others involve experimentations gone wrong - or key ingredients forgotten, etc...
