Pumpkin Roll Cake
Turned out nice. Not too rich and had really good flavor.

Classic Red Velvet Cake
Way too dry for my standards. I even added 1/2 cup of sour cream and it was dry as a bone. I will change the shortening to butter next time and add more sour cream and see if it makes a difference.
