I just made these for our thanksgiving dinner, and wow! These are definitely my fave mashed potatoes EVER! The addition of oregano and romano is the best combo I have ever had in potatoes. However I didnt add fresh garlic, I roasted a whole clove to add to the 5lbs of potatoes. I mixed all the other ingredients before adding the garlic, and I would of been just as happy without it. The romano and oregano is where its at This will be used again and again. Thank you :)

I made it for a dinner we made for friends. We left out poppyseeds, added in feta, it was perfect! Will definitely make again. I roasted the almonds and then used paper towels to blot out the extra butter afterwards.
