Layered Peppermint Bark

Wonderfully easy and beautiful taste. I followed the changes as recommended by @lynmarie: using no water or cinnamon and adding the potato only once meat was cooked. I used puff pastry to save time -awesome! Thank you for the recipe :)

Pasta Sauce with Italian Sausage

yummy but dried out quickly. I'd recommend adding in more tomato sauce and letting it simmer for longer than the 1 to blend the flavours.

Crab and Swiss Quiche

Rock Salt Encrusted Prime Rib

gorgeous. I've had this 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Be sure to have an au jus sauce on the side, and make your yorkshire's from butter.... I've never had prime so moist and perfect. A little messy, but so is a super to remember.

Scottish Shortbread II

I tried to fine my mother's scottish shortbread recipe which I've lost - and this is the closest thing to it. Use 1 full cup of butter instead to make it less crumbly, and of course, much more buttery. That's how I remember it, so take it or leave it. Thanks for sharing!

Irish Whiskey Flat Iron Steak

my boyfriend loved it, I thought it was ok. I trust his judgement given he's a chef and has better knowledge than I do. I just found it was a little bland. The peppery taste was nice, but still.... was missing something.
