Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

My kids ask for seconds of this one and they don't remotely like cauliflower. It gets crispy around the edges and is wonderful!

This one always turns out great on days I work. I use canned tomato soup instead of the tomato sauce. Tastes great and it smells wonderful when you walk in the house after work!

The bacon in this recipe was awesome - I just added a frozen veggie mix instead of peas, and shredded the eggs after scrambling them. I think this is better than take-out!
