Butterscotch Oatmeal
Very good. Addition of the egg makes this creamier without using half/half or heavy cream. However, it's even MORE filling than normal oatmeal, given the protein added by the egg. Modifications for me: 1/4 c. + 1 T of brown sugar, sprinkling of cinnamon, dash of vanilla, and fresh grated nutmeg. Made it at night with the plan to reheat in the AM!

Apple Crisp II
Delish. Cut the recipe in half, used 6 apples: 3 honeycrisp and 3 granny smith. Added fresh nutmeg to the apples and a dash of cinnamon to the crumble topping. Excellent served with dulce de leche ice cream.
