These were pretty good. We drizzled balsamic vinegar and sprinkled goat cheese on top at the end.

I use frozen fried tilapia to speed up the recipe a bit. This recipe is now a house favorite!

Ricotta Gnocchi

This was good but we thought it lacked pizazz. Next time, I would increase the quantity of crushed red pepper and garlic and double the tomato portion of the sauce.

This bread was very good - great texture! Next time I would probably add 1/4 cup more brown sugar.

Delicious but try to get all of the lumps out of the flour/egg mixture before adding too much fluid.

These were pretty good! We only could fill 4 peppers with the filling. Next time, I would add cheese as well.

Slow-Cooked Chili

This was very good! I omitted the beans and replaced them with 1 more can of diced tomatoes and 1 more can of tomato sauce. Also, I added more chili powder and about half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

BEST cornbread ever. I used a Martha White cornbread mix and baked in a 8 x 8 pan for 40 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!!

Spicy Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
These were really good. I deboned the thighs myself and used toothpicks to hold in the sausage. I browned the thighs and then tried cooking them in the oven for about 45 minutes. They still weren't cooked so I transferred them back to the saute pan and finished them on the stove in about 5 minutes. I also seasoned the peppers and onions with ground red pepper. I'll add lots more crushed red pepper next time. Great!

Breakfast Burritos with Green Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
This was delicious! I made several changes. I used only 5-6 potatoes and increased the eggs to 8. I also used red salsa instead of green. The recipe made about 7 burritos. We'll definitely do these for brunch again!

Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2007
Delicious! I baked my tenderloins in the oven at 350, but it took a little over an hour. I occasionally basted them with the sauce. We used the rest of the sauce as a dipping sauce. I also sauteed some mushrooms to serve with it. Thanks!

Cheesy Pork Chops with Spicy Apples

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
This was excellent! I used 2 apples and doubled the sugar & balsamic vinegar. Next time, I may use a different cheese. As much as I love sharp cheddar, I felt like the flavor overpowered the other ingredients.
