Italian Sausage Soup
Excellent. Loved this soup. Not draining the beans, gave it just the right thickness. Used half extra lean beef and half hot italian sausage and it was the perfect heat. Used chicken broth instead of beef broth for a lighter taste.

Linda's Lasagna
Love this lasagna! So easy to make. I like the blending of the cottage cheese with the parmesan, it really makes a nice texture - you truly do not need to substitute ricotta in this recipe.

Streusel Rhubarb Bread
Loved this bread, to make it a little healthier I substituted applesauce for the oil. Changed the texture slighty, but not the taste.
