Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This was a terrific crust. I split the dough into 4 parts and made pan pizzas. It wasn't that thick of a crust, but was crispy and buttery and delicious. I did use cornmeal on the bottom of the pans I cooked them in.

Cajun Pork Chops
Good, quick, and spicy. We really enjoyed them.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
This was yummy. Had a terrific flavor, better than any I;ve had at restaurants. I left out the green onions, but followed everything else exactly. Went great with the Breaded Chicken Fingers from this site.
