This is easily one of the best side dishes I have ever had. Took a little time to make, but well worth the time. I only used one onion as we are not big onion eaters and it was still great.

While these were good, I think I like them better without the crushed graham crackers. I, as always, had a hard time melting the chips and they were too clumpy. Not quite sure what I do or do not do that causes this. I have alsi made with rice crispys and liked it better.

My aunt has made this for several years for our Christmas get-together and this year I decided to try it myself for my Christmas Eve Party. They were great. I did chance a couple things based on other reviews. I used cream of mushroom soup and the french fried onions. Everyone loved them. I like my a little crisp so I cooked them a little longer. Will be making again.
