Zippy Beef Bake
Omitted the mushrooms. Added Cream of Mushroom soup. Subbed white onions for green, and cheddar cheese. Really good. Very simple to make

Anniversary Chicken I
I did coat the chicken with flour before frying and used regular bacon instead of bacon bits. I added the cheese and bacon during last 10 minutes of baking time. Very good, will make again.

Marinated Veggies
I did love this. I added balsamic vinegar and basil, marinated for several hours, then cooked on the grill.
