About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
anything that can be done on the grill. I use both charcoal and gas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My daughter is 13 years old and I been tring to get her intrested in cooking. So every Mother's Day she asks me what I want and I tell her that she can spend the day in the kitchen with me and cook anything she wants. She rather have Daddy take me out!!!(LOL)
My cooking tragedies
According to my husband and daughter I can't seem to make a grilled cheese for the life of me. I think because most things I cook takes time, and you turn your back for a minute on these they burn.

Tzatziki Sauce I
Would have given this a 5 but the recipes should really call for fine diced cucumbers other than that the flavor was FAB..Loved it

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce
WOW. Great recipe. I also added 1/4 cup of sweet coconut and zest of 1 lime with the nuts. And also used panko crumbs seasoned with old bay. I to puree the sauce make for better plating. thanks so much, will be trying this with shrimp and chicken too.
