Spinach and Feta Pita Bake
This was a great light dinner. I also added some kalamata olives and some oregano. Very yummy!

Tejano Style Shrimp Cocktail
This was good, but I had to spice it up a bit. I used a jalepeno in leiu of a serrano pepper, I also added cayenne pepper for some kick. It was nice and refreshing.

Antojitos Minis
This recipe was great! Everybody loved it. I also just cut the tortillas in traingles and it madse for a nicer presentation IMO. I like spicer food, so I also added a fresh jalepeno and some cayenne. This recipe rocked!
