Spicy Chicken Soup
I made this tonight... and it didn't taste like much of anything. I had to keep adding stuff to get it to have any flavor other than spicy... and I like spicy. I added some apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Adobo Powder, chives, oregano, and Cumin at the end because it had no flavor... that didn't do enough so I added a can of Cream of Celery soup for flavor and some rice to bulk it up out of desperation. Not disgusting, but not a keeper.

Cuban Black Beans I
My grandma has been making the exact same recipe for years!!!! I tried my hand a few weeks ago, and it turned out yummy! The only difference is we use white vinegar when cooking and then pour a bit of pickled bell pepper vinegar on top!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
These bars are great! I fixed them for Thanksgiving last year and the family raved! I was begged to make them again for Christmas-- this time I had to make three batches though!!! Wonderfully simple and delicious!
