Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
This is an EASY delicous dish. I doubled the sauce and marinated the chicken in lemon juice. Even my 3 year old ate it!

Corned Beef and Cabbage
This was easy and great! I have never made corned beeg before and this was a success! I didn't have a spice packet with my beef so I used italian seasoning it it worked fine. I also used peppercorns instead of pepper.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
This was an easy turkey to make. I made it on Thanksgiving and again 2 days later because I had no leftovers!!!!
