Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter
I made this using filet mignon. I halved the recipe for both the butter and the rub. I also cooked the steaks on a grill pan. It was super easy and super yummy.

Easier Chicken Marsala
Yummy, this is a great fast and easy recipe. I did double the wine amount, plus add another tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tsp minced garlic when I added the mushrooms. Delicious and great served over pasta! I will definitely make this again.

Chinese Roast Chicken with Gravy
The entire family liked this one. It's quick, easy and doesn't require many ingredients. I shredded the leftover chicken and used it to make chicken stir fry!
