I made this recipe exactly as stated and it turned out wonderful. My husband and I both loved it. It would be great to make for company as you can prepare the chicken ahead of time and cook just before it is needed. I also tried making the raspberry sauce as recommended by others and it went to waste. My husband and I thought it was too sweet and took away from the flavor of the chicken.

Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Puffs

I thought these tasted excellent. They were time comsuming to make but my guests couldn't stop eating them and they looked great...Everyone thought that I bought them!

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

This recipe was amazing!!! I used portabella mushrooms which really added to the flavor. I also used 1/2 wine and 1/2 chicken soup broth. I also left out the capers It was a real hit with my guests and I have made it a few times now.
