Strawberry Spinach Salad I
VERY refreshing and tasty. It was the first thing to be done at a recent bbq for 30+ people. I suggest adding salt/pepper and a little lemon juice.

Banana Crumb Muffins
I highly recommend this recipe. I entered it into a banana bread bake off at work and came in first place! I added maybe 1/2 more bananas than the recipe called for, added vanilla and cinnamon and made it into a loaf rather than muffins. The topping was amazing.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
AMAZING! I made it for the first time this past Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed it. I suggest using less sugar. I used half of what the recipe called and thought it was still a tad too sweet.
