I like to cook...I like to experiment with food. I appreciate good cuisine, of all types. Love to travel and try the local food....especially the street food....the authentic stuff. Some of my faves include Vietnamese, Indian, Spanish, and Peruvian cuisine.

Blueberry Crumb Pie
I only put half a cup of sugar and that was plenty sweet, especially with the crumb topping. I also followed the recommendation of adding 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken it. Quite yummy!

Pecan Pie V
Followed the recipe as is. Perfect, except I almost doubled the amount of pecans and made pecan tarts instead.

Sky High Yorkshire Pudding
I followed someone's suggestion about using equal measurements of egg/flour/milk. Used 4 eggs, one cup of flour and one cup of milk. It was really easy, and really good. Hubby loved it.
