I'm so confused on how to rate this. The texture was odd and different than I expected, almost crumbly but moist at the same time. The being said, the flavor was great. My 7 year old took a bite and turned up her nose, and then proceeded to pick at it until it was completely gone. I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white and upped the cinnamon. I am going to make it again and used applesauce and chopped apples as suggested by other reviewers.

My 7 year old daughter wanted to make dinner all by herself so I picked this recipe for her. I was not expecting it to be so good. It was really, really good and she (and I) was so proud for doing it by herself. She is already planning to make it as a surprise for Sunday football for her daddy.
