Slow Cooker Stuffing
Much easier than trying to coordinate the stuffing with the turkey. I use a half cup butter though. A cup seems kind of ridiculous.

Honey-Poppy Seed Cornish Hens
I cooked the hens whole instead of cutting in half because I liked the look of serving a whole hen to my company. Worked out fine and they were delicious. I accidentally mixed the salt and pepper in with the honey, but it didn't seem to matter. It was hard to get the honey mixture to spread onto the hens so I actually stuck them in the oven for 3 minutes to get the skin dryer and warmer and that helped.

Sweet and Tart Strawberry Salad
This recipe was great! I served it for Easter dinner along with 6 other dishes and lots of people said it was one of the best. Don't let other reviews scare you off from this awesome fruit dish. I thought it was great. The pepper and vinegar added a perfect touch to a sugary strawberry salad. I wasn't sure about how it would turn out when I looked at the recipe. But, I tried it and I'm glad I did. No wonder they put this recipe in the cookbook!
