Apple Crisp II
YUMMY!!! I halved the apples and sugar mixture to put in a smaller dish. I used English cooking apples (Bramley Apples) because of their super tartness and boy am I glad! I also added nutmeg to the white sugar and cinnamon. This is the BEST apple crisp/crumble recipe ever. Thank you so much!

Brown Sugar Chops
Really awful. I don't know why, but mine came out the same as others who rated this recipe low. The sauce wasn't a sauce...it was extremely watery and the chops were ridiculously dry. What a shame. I don't think I'll try this one again.

Mom's Breakfast Strata
This recipe was certainly tasty. I think ham should be put in the middle as well as on top and it could also benefit from more cheese and some salt with paprika dashed on top. I cut the recipe in half and baked in a round cassarole dish. I think my dish was a tad too deep because it did come out a little sloppy. Next time I'll bake it in a larger dish and not make each layer as deep.
