EAGLE BRAND(R) Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
I made this recipe for my husband's birthday and it turned out great. I have made the other peanut butter pie recipe with confectioner's sugar and cool whip and this is much better IMO. I made a couple of modifications on this recipe. I did not make the crispy rice crust and used a prepared Oreo pie shell instead which worked perfectly with this recipe. I sprinkled Heath baking bits on top. I also reduced the whipped cream to approx. 3/4 cup to make a denser pie.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
This was a very easy recipe to make with good results. As suggested in previous reviews, I brought the heat up slowly stirring constantly and that worked well. Also, following suggestions from other reviewers about the recipe being too sweet, I put in 2 cups of semi-sweet to 1 cup milk choco chips. I don't care for the taste (a little bitter, not sweet enough for me) but my husband thought it was good. Next time I will try the recipe as it is written. I put the batch in the freezer instead of the refrigerator for about an hour and it firmed up very nicely. I will definitely try this recipe again with modifications.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Great recipe. These are the best oatmeal cookies I've had in a long time. I followed the other reviewers' instructions by increasing flour to 1 1/2 c., baking soda to 1 tsp. and decreasing salt to 1/2 tsp. I used salted butter in my recipe also. Not sure if this makes a difference to the recipe, but I sifted the flour, baking soda and salt together and I pulsed the oatmeal in the food processor before adding it to the mix(following a suggestion from another recipe). If you like raisins with your oatmeal cookies, these taste absolutely delicious with golden raisins.
