We followed the mixing recipes exactly and used this for our family's favorite tuna roll-up recipe. The roll-ups were so tender! I had extra, so also used it for a peach cobbler.

Just made it, and love it freshly made, but I'm predicting it'll taste even better for my picnic tomorrow! I added carrot for some more color and crunch. I forgot to buy the red onion, so I minced a small yellow onion very fine in the mini chopper instead. I only gave 4 stars because I'm not sure my family will love it or not. But will edit rating when I find out.

The best oatmeal cookie I've ever made! I used real butter (only because I was out of margerine) and used chocolate chips instead. Love it! I've never really loved an oatmeal cookie before this recipe! I'm planning on taking other reviewers ideas for the future!
