"Funeral potatoes", a special rice krispie treat with a twist, Mom's cinnamon rolls, grandma's fudge, pot roast on Sunday, and fresh hot dinner rolls
My cooking triumphs
A few really good cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, lots of chicken dishes; I make a mean beef pot roast. Desserts are my strength.
My cooking tragedies
I have trouble making a good hollindaise sauce. It's my philosophy that 99% of bad cooking moments can be salvaged.

Cream Filled Cupcakes
Very good, moist cake recipe. They rise nice and look very nice. Filling is tasty too. Good with milk chocolate frosting.

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
This is delicious. The lemon juice really gives it fresh flavor.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie III
This was a very good recipe. The crumb topping really makes the pie. It was just sweet enough, not too tart, and the orange zest is a great flavor to add. Will keep this one!
