I've been cooking since I was a teenager, and I still love to cook! Pretty much anything. "Funeral potatoes", a special rice krispie treat with a twist, Mom's cinnamon rolls, grandma's fudge, pot roast on Sunday A few really good cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, lots of chicken dishes; I make a mean beef pot roast. I had trouble with pie crust until I got my Kitchen Aid mixer. Now it's a little better, still not great. Also, I can't make a good hollindaise sauce.
