Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This soup was delicious! I used all chicken broth, no water. And I used a rotisserie chicken that I shredded. Can't wait to make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Simple Spinach Lasagna
Very, very good! I, too, used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I also used a spicy arriabata tomato sauce (jarred)which gave a little heat. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach Balls
I got this recipe from my mother in law years ago and I make them for almost every get-together. I use a bit less bread crumbs (1 1/2 c to a pkg of spinach). They are always a hit, especially with my 5 year old nephew!
