Chicken, its so versatile and each and everyday there is a new way to make it completely different. Any cajun dish. Making new recipes that succeed. Figuring out the different flavors that work well together. I believe nothing is a tragedy. If it doesnt work U get to figure out who U can make it work which can be fun:)
