Banana Sour Cream Bread
AWESOME! I only make for holidays because it is like eating cake. I followed ther recipe exactly and then did a topping of 1 cp. brown sugar, 6 tbsp. softened butter, 2/3 cp. walnuts, 1 cp. flour and 2 tsp. sugar. I had to bake mine for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 300. I usually wrap 2 loaves in foil and then put in freezer bags and freeze for special occasions. It tastes just as good after freezing and this recipe makes such a large amount, it's nice to have leftovers.

Garlic Butter Sauce I
I was less than impressed. Nothing special about it. The dried herbs kind of took over and were very overwhelming. Won't make again.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
Excellent! My fiance and I are on a no sugar no wheat diet so we used Spelt flour (found at Sun Harvest) and 1/4 & 1/8 tsp of stiva natural sweetener instead of sugar and they were so good! If I hadn't been the one making them I never would have known the difference. Thanks for the great and simple recipe!
