Melinda's Porcupine Meatballs

After many years of making porcupine meatballs I finally discovered where they got their name. I pulled the lid off the pan and discovered little balls of meat with quills coming straight out. It was cute. These balls are great!

Forever Fresh Cookies

I should have read the reviews to know to crush the corn flakes. They are quite distinguishable and chewy. The cookie as a whole holds together long enough to lift from the pan but completely crumbs apart after one bite.

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

These were very moist and sweet but I would add more extract next time. We like the taste of almond in our spritz but also tried other extracts such as banana, strawberry, raspberry, and cinnamon. Vanilla and Almond are the best flavor, just needs more.
