Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
I refrigerated the peanut mix in the pan, then cut out shapes and dipped them in the chocolate with a dollop of peanut butter. They made great Brown Bear Bars for my son's Kindergarten class.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Don't add an extra cup of sugar as someone suggested... the texture is all wrong. Dust your table with powdered sugar instead of flour and try almond extract for flavor!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I gave 4 stars because the crumble needed a little more "umph." I used 1 cup of quick oats and brown sugar instead of white and sprinkled them lightly. Also I fluffed my egg whites and added the fruit 1/2 way through moistening the ingredients as to not over mix. I also frosted mine... Frosting: 2 c powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp butter and enough milk until desired consistency is reached (about 4-5 Tbsp). Put it in a sandwich bag in the fridge then snip a tip when you're ready! **Replace 1/2 c flour with whole wheat and try diced granny apples. Add 1 tsp cinnamon to the flour.
