Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
The flavor was fabulous, like eating a caramel apple - in pie. The only negative was that the filling was pretty runny. I think next time I'll try tossing the apples with some flour before putting them in the crust to thicken it up.

Mellow Chocolate Chip Cookies
I would rate these 5 stars using some of the changes recommended. With a couple tablespoons more cocoa powder, baking at 350, and putting 3 marshmallows on top of each rather than mixing them in, they were delicious. They turned out fudgey in the middle, and the marshmallows were light brown. My husband declared them his new favorite!

Banana Bran Muffins
The texture of these muffins is perfect, very moist. They have a strong banana flavor too. I used half flax seed and half bran but otherwise followed the recipe. I think next time I'd cut down on the brown sugar, since they're a little sweet for me. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
