Next time, I would definitely baked the squash first, and add more squash. But my family did like it, just the way it was

Mexican Chicken and Tomatillo Stew

We liked it; it was different. I tend to like a thicker stew, but it was a unique change of pace. Never had tomatillos before!

Best Guacamole

My first attempt at Guacamole. I only added salt and lime juice, no olive oil. Really good!
