A little sweet. Cut the sugar to 1/4 cup and it's perfect.

This casserole turns out much better when you double the amount of squash and roast them in the oven first.

This recipe was not worthy of it's five stars. It was tasty, but nothing to write home about. It was more like a strawberry smoothie.
