Chocolate Icing
Tastes good, but unfortunately too difficult to work with. Sets up way too quickly.

Beer Batter Fish Fillets
Loved it! I had trouble with the fish sticking to the basket in my deep fryer, so it fell apart when I took it out. It tasted GREAT anyway!
