Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Very tasty! Made the following revisions: Used 1.5 lbs ground beef, 2 small eggs, doubled the seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire, and used 1 can French onion soup in addition to the beef broth to make the gravy. Recommend adding a splash of red wine to the meat & onion while it cooks, as well as to the gravy while it simmers. Adds a delicious sweet flavor to the dish. Serve with mashed potatoes for an easily prepared, filling dinner.
