Garden Pasta Salad
Very tasty and very colorful! Easy to make - didn't take very long even with chopping all of the veggies. I used minced red onion (appx 1/4 cup) and only used one carrot very thinly sliced. Be sure you cut back on the amount of dressing - I used approximately 3/4 of a 12 oz bottle of Girard's Old Venice Italian, and that was plenty. My family really enjoyed this, and leftovers tasted even better the next day!
