Garden Pasta Salad
Very tasty and very colorful! Easy to make - didn't take very long even with chopping all of the veggies. I used minced red onion (appx 1/4 cup) and only used one carrot very thinly sliced. Be sure you cut back on the amount of dressing - I used approximately 3/4 of a 12 oz bottle of Girard's Old Venice Italian, and that was plenty. My family really enjoyed this, and leftovers tasted even better the next day!

Jalapeno Chicken II
Definitely a keeper! My family really liked it. Next time, I'll be sure to marinate the chicken the full two hours - ran short on time today and only marinated the meat in the dressing for about 30 minutes. Seemed to be lacking a bit in flavor, but I'm sure it was the lack of marinate time causing this. Very easy to make! Even my picky 5 year old cleaned her plate (hers was made without jalapeno)!

Heather's Best Ever Baked Chicken
Good, but nothing special. The other reviewers are correct - the ranch flavor is lost & seemed overpowered by the parmesan. My kids liked it, my husband didn't....I thought it was alright, but not a keeper.
