Meatball Sandwich
Delicious! I made this for game day and hubby and I both really liked these sandwiches. I made it pretty much as is, but personal changes would be easy to incorporate. Will make again and again.

Chicken Pot Pie III
This was a very good recipe and would be especially good on a cool fall day. I used the whole can of Cream of Celery and I substituted 1 can of Cream of Chicken. I also used a refrigerated roll-out crust and the results were very good. Will definitely make this again.

Rocky Road Ice Cream
Quite possibly the best-tasting ice-cream I have ever had. I made it exactly as it said and it came out perfect, albeit a little soft. After about 30 minutes in the freezer, it was perfect! I will make this again and again.
