Vietnamese Beef Pho
This was really authentic tasting. Great for me bc I live in Eastern Europe where it is impossible to eat good asian food. I did omit the jalapeno peppers and hot pepper sauce. but I added peanuts and had to use ground ginger. great taste and nice presentation.

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
This was a really good marinade! I didnt have ANY time to marinate the lamb and it was still great! the cooking time, which is the hardest part of making lamb for me, was perfect. I am going out to buy an after Easter lamb again just to try it marinated overnight.
