Roasted New Red Potatoes
This is the second time I've made these potatoes, and they have been excellent both times. My 15-year-old was skeptical at first . . . couldn't believe there wasn't some "funky spice or something" on them. She tried them anyway and loved them, along with the rest of the family. I followed the recipe as written.

Real Italian Calzones
Our family loves this recipe. I make 8 smaller calzones with each recipe so that family members can include their own favorite fillings. These work GREAT for my daughter's school lunches. I add ricotta, mozz cheese, thinly sliced turkey pepperoni, and a little italian seasoning. I make a double-batch and freeze them individually wrapped in press and seal. They reheat in 30 seconds in school microwaves without getting mushy. Much cheaper than hot pockets! They also make easy afterschool snacks.

Thai Pork Satay
This recipe was a big hit. I used chicken instead of pork, and the flavors were still great. I've made these three times, and they've turned out wonderfully each time. I also used chopped cilantro instead of the coriandor seeds.
