Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins
These were pretty good, but didn't have enough strawberry flavor in the batter for me. I would add some fresh diced strawberries to the batter and forget the jam. They would be excellent lemon cream cheese muffins as well if you doubled the lemon zest and added a little lemon extract.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread
Very good texture and garlic flavor. Fresh garlic might be better, but this is very good as is too. Super easy to make!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Best oatmeal coocike I have ever made! I added a cup of finely chopped pecans and they were amazing! We can't stop eating them! The only change I would make is to cut the amount of salt in half, but that is my personal preference.
