Banana Oat Muffins
These muffins were OK but not great. They were low on flavor. I don't like sweet things and these were not sweet enough for me. I do like the idea of oatmeal in my muffin.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie
This was simple and good!! I added some cinnamon and nutmeg and left the top crust off. I can't wait to make this again.

Iced Mochas
Great coffee drink!! I omitted the sugar and used vanilla soy milk along with sugar-free carmal syrup. Tasted similar to Starbucks Carmel-Light Frapp.
