I'm 47 years old and married I have 4 beautiful children which consist of 2 stepdaughters ,and a Son and Daughter of my own . I am also a proud grandma my stepdaughter is the proud mom of 2 beautiful twin boys.I'm Portuguese American and a CNA by trade. In my spare time I like to cook, hike, take long walks and quiet evenings at home.I also enjoy swimming,concerts and going to movies. Cordon Bleu, Sopas, Portuguese Pot Roast, Tacos, I like to try new recipes But mostly I cook alot of Ethnic and American Food. My favorite family cooking traditions are of course My Mom's Portuguese recipes I'm constantly calling my mom so she can walk me through one of her famous dishes. My First Thanksgiving dinner on my own. I had about 25 guests and had never made a Turkey on my own. Everyone loved my dinner so thank god it all turned out perfect. One time I had made a dish that was topped with french fried onion rings.I had baked it in the oven and turned the oven to warm when the dish was done to keep it warm when I went to pull it out at meal time the onions on top were burnt black and the whole dish was ruined.
