I come from a family with 11 kids, so I started at a very young age helping mom in the kitchen.I guess that's where the bug bit me. I love to cook and bake, and try diferent recipes. I do all the cooking and baking, and my wife just loves it. Italian meals, stuffed chicken breast, Thanksgiving meals,mexican. I love baking apple and pumpkin pies and homemade breads and rolls.Any dessert Mom makes the worlds best Easter bread. Cake decorating, ex: Mickey Mouse, duck, etc. My biggest tragedy is when I was making wedding soup for the first time and dumped the broth down the drain when I strained it. How dumb was that? :(
