Broccoli Rice Casserole

Very good. I made a couple of changes...I used 1 can cream of mushroom with garlic and 1 can cream of chicken. I also cooked the rice in chicken broth and I used Cheese Whiz. I got tons of compliments on this dish.

Caramel Snack Mix

I found this recipe very easy to make. I added pretzels and cashews to make it less sweet. I probably won't make it again.

Oven Scrambled Eggs

This was a hit with our family. It was very easy to make and the timing was fine. Next time I will reduce the amount of salt. The eggs were a little salty for my taste.
