Black Bean Lasagna
It was a hit. My sister is vegetarian and was visiting from out of state so I had to find something to make for her, and everyone really liked this.

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup
I found it to be a little sour like, I am sure it was the canned pumpkin, so I will use butternut squash if I try to make it again. I always use it for my regular black bean soup.
